The Rocky Mountain Oysters owner Ed hails from Clinton Township, Michigan but beyond that you'll be lucky to know much about the man.  What we do know is that he likes the Detroit Lions and he dislikes the Dallas Cowboys.  Ed started playing fantasy football in 1998 and like most owners, he enjoys gameday where he can sit back and watch the fantasy scoreboard and root for his players to do well.  His biggest pet peeve in regards to fantasy football are whiny owners who complain about lack of trading activity, something he shouldn't have to listen to much of around Roster Wars.

When asked about his favorite fantasy football memory, it was being called out by Russ (owner of the Bergen Brawlers) in the only season of the RWTC (Training Camp redraft league), defeating Russ and going on to be the only RWTC champion.   You can tell this is an important rivalry as Ed has affectionately labeled every encounter with the Bergen Brawlers as "Russ Week".

At last check, Ed plays in around 10 leagues annually which is down a bit since joining Roster Wars.  As most discover, the craziness that is the Roster Wars forum and owners occupies enough of Ed's time that he didn't need as many leagues as before RW.

As for what Ed contributes to Roster Wars himself...where do we begin?  Ed has been willing to jump in and help out in various places when others have needed assistance, most notably some Monster Match-up articles as well as some old RW magazine articles.  When he isn't digging up old threads on the forum to poke fun or highlight various things, he is currently known as "The Trophy Maker" because he compiles numerous facts and stats about owners of the RW club and other fun tidbits which comprise the new annual Roster Wars Forum Awards that takes place at the end of December.
